Our client’s goal was to renovate the 3,000 sf residence for resale. The home had not been updated since the 70’s and needed to meet the needs of today’s family. For example, the primary bathroom was split into two separate spaces for each person and needed to be completely re-worked to meet the needs of a modern couple or individual.
